Studio Memberships

Membership allows you to use the U.C.C. as a home base. Drop in when you want, for just a few minutes or all day. Peruse the library, utilize our sewing machines or knit with other crafters in the comfy orange couches.

Hourly Studio Rate

Private Lessons

$40 per hour (minimum of 2 hours).
We offer private lessons in; sewing, knitting, crochet, screen printing, soap making, felting, altered arts, and bookbinding. If there is another craft you’d like to learn as a private lesson, let us know, we may be able to help! Private Parties

The Urban Craft Center is a great place to host birthdays, bridal & baby showers, holiday get togethers, team building activities, special events and more. You can decorate our studio, bring food and drinks, and play music of your choice! If your interested in scheduling a party or event, please email our Party Coordinator, Megan, at radmegan@theurbancraftcenter.com.

Private Classes

If you and your crafty crew want to take a class together, we’re happy to schedule an additional class just for you! Take a look at our class schedule to get an idea of what classes we offer, as well as prices of various classes. Private classes require a six person minimum, and cost the regular class price plus a $50 fee to reserve the space.

Miscellaneous

Because of the nature of our classes and equipment, the studio is open to adults and children ages 10 and up.

1 1/2 hour parking validation available in the Edgemar parking structure.

Metered and street parking available along Main street and surrounding neighborhood.

The U.C.C. is handicap accessible.
