All orders are shipped either through UPS or the US Postal Service. An e-mail confirmation will be sent out when your order is shipped. If you have any questions or concerns about your order, please feel free to call us at 310.392.0139.
Refunds and Returns
Class Refund Policy
All class cancellations must be done by phone or in person. If you cancel class enrollment a week or more in advance you get a full refund. If you cancel within a week to 48 hours before the class you get a 50% store credit. If you cancel within 48 hours there is no refund or credit but you can send another person in your place.
Merchandise Return Policy
Sales of roving and cut fabric are final. All other items that are unopened and unused may be returned within 30 days of purchase date for a full refund, provided customer follows the return procedure. Refund will be issued for amount paid for item minus shipping and handling.
Return Procedure
To make a return by mail, call the Urban Craft Center at 310-392-0139 to receive a return authorization code. Then mail the item(s) to: 2433 Main St., Santa Monica, CA 90405. When items are received, the refund will be issued. The Urban Craft Center does not pay for return shipping. To make a return in person, just stop by the store with your receipt and the products to be returned.
