Returns

If for some reason you are not completely satisfied with your purchase we will gladly issue a refund or exchange within 30 days upon receipt but please . It must be returned in unused condition in its original package. Shipping costs are non-refundable and return shipping fees are the responsibility of the customer. All return packages must be insured. Before shipping back your return, send us an email at hello@theurbancraftcenter.com. Please include your order # and what items you are returning. We will issue a return authorization # which must be included on or in you return package. Sale items are non-refundable. If you receive an item that is damaged please contact us immediately.
