Judging:
Winner will be chosen based on the following categories: concept, technique, execution, and overall effect.
U.C.C staff will count for 50% of the vote, public voting will count for the other 50% via public poll on our blog and in store. (originally, we were going to have a vote on our blog, but you really have to see these in person to appreciate their charm!)
Sunday, July 9th will be an open studio day to kick off the contest. On this day, materials purchased for the contest will be 10% off and studio time is free while you are working on your entry.
We will celebrate with a gallery showing at the end of the contest. Entries can be picked up beginning 2 weeks after the contest has ended and winners have been selected.
More information will be posted as it becomes available. Thank you and good luck!
