We spent a cozy evening with Anna for her Wheel Spinning class the other night. We busted out all the spinning wheels and pedaled ’til the sun went down. Anna taught us how to spin luxurious wool into beautiful, soft yarn. It’s such a relaxing, therapeutic activity!
Who says spinning is old fashioned…look at the luxury you can end up with! And to take it to the next level, we can even dye our own yarn to our favorite colors. More info on that to come.

The booksigning for Crafternoon: A Guide to Getting Artsy and Crafty With Your Friends All Year Long was a blast. Thanks to everyone who came out and spent the evening to craft with us and have their copies of Crafternoon signed personally by Maura Madden herself.
A few copies of the autographed book remain. Come grab ‘em while they’re hot!

So cool. I finally learned how to make soap! I took our very own Soapmaking class the other day, and I was able to come out with almost 4lbs of soap to take home. Mmm…it was fun and instantly gratifying! I customized mine to smell like tangerine vanilla with some exfoliating chamomile. Yum.
Perfect stocking stuffers for everyone–soap for all!
